The facilities offer 12X12 matted stalls with automatic waters and individual
windows.
Safe Noble stall fronts ensure proper housing for your horses.
Stall barn and arena are connected by a breezeway allowing for a covered, dry area for loading
and unloading horses.
The 14 fenced pastures with automatic waters are strictly managed. Turn out is offered
to our year around boarders.
There is access to miles of trails on/from the 43 acres the facility is located at.
No trailering required.
The 80X180 covered arena is groomed daily.
150X300 sand outdoor arena.
Full care board services include feeding quality grass hay, up to 2 leaves 2 times daily.
Also includes up to 1 can of your choice of either Alfalfa Pellets, Oats, or Equine Sr. 2 times daily. Stalls are cleaned
7 days a week with ample dry shavings. Stalls have automatic waters and timed stall lights. Each stall has
windows with sliders allowing proper air flow. Year around boarders (training horses will be subject to training schedule) will
be turned out daily, weather permitting. The heated comfortable viewing room has a restroom and kitchen area.
A second bathroom with shower facitlities is located in the main stall barn. There is a hot water wash rack for grooming
horses. Heated tack rooms prevent moisture problems with tack. Code required automatic entrance and exit gates
give extra security. The barn manager lives onsite.
