We are an affiliate of the National Foundation Quarter Horse Association. The NFQHA was established to preserve
the bloodlines and characteristics that form the basis of the original Quarter Horse breed. Dispostion,
athletic ability, versatility, and a conformation that would hold up to long days of hard work were and still are highly
desired traits.
Our competitions are all about skill for both horse and rider.
The objective is to create an environment that showcases the ability of the all-around ranch horse. From
trail courses to cow work, without the glitz and glamour, OFQHC provides family friendly competitions with an atmosphere
that encourages camaraderie and good sportsmanship.
